Hi! I'm your Chief Success Coach, owner of Nielsen Executive Coaching LLC (NEC) and founder of the EvolveByNEC© Academy. I bring over 20 years in corporate consulting, training, and executive coaching. Since 2018, Nielsen Executive Coaching LLC (NEC) has helped multicultural professionals, especially Asian American and women leaders break through systemic and mental barriers to rise with authenticity, courage and more confidence. Through my coaching, I’ve guided hundreds of professionals to build strategic influence, strengthen confidence, and create success on their own terms. The EvolveByNEC© Academy's Leadership Pathway Hub is the culmination of everything I’ve learned and is a community built to sustain your leadership journey, not just accelerate it.
Why I created the Pathway Hub:
In corporate spaces, talented professionals often hit invisible ceilings, despite their dedication and performance. Asian Americans make up less than 5% of executive roles, and women still represent under 10% in senior leadership across industries. The Pathway Hub exists to change that. It’s not just about advancement, it’s about empowerment, visibility, and belonging. Together, we’re building a movement of leaders who evolve from the inside out.
My lived experience
Growing up as a first-generation Asian American, I learned to equate success with hard work but not visibility. I thought being humble and productive was enough to be noticed. It took burnout, reflection, and rediscovery to realize: leadership isn’t about fitting in, it’s about evolving into your full, authentic power.
