Why I Created the Collective:
In corporate spaces, talented professionals often hit invisible ceilings, despite their dedication and performance. Asian Americans make up less than 5% of executive roles, and women still represent under 10% in senior leadership across industries. The Collective exists to change that. It’s not just about advancement, it’s about empowerment, visibility, and belonging. Together, we’re building a movement of leaders who evolve from the inside out.
I know what it is like to believe that hard work and humility should be enough. As a first generation Chinese Vietnamese American leader, I also know the tension between staying true to yourself and learning to lead visibly in systems where the rules are not always explained.
I created the Collective so you do not have to navigate those questions alone. This is a place to think, learn, practice, and make intentional choices about the leader you want to become.
