Why I Created the Collective:
In corporate spaces, talented professionals often hit invisible ceilings, despite their dedication and performance. Asian Americans make up less than 5% of executive roles, and women still represent under 10% in senior leadership across industries. The Collective exists to change that. It’s not just about advancement, it’s about empowerment, visibility, and belonging. Together, we’re building a movement of leaders who evolve from the inside out.
Growing up as a first-generation Asian American, I learned to equate success with hard work but not visibility. I thought being humble and productive was enough to be noticed. It took burnout, reflection, and rediscovery to realize leadership isn’t about fitting in, it’s about evolving into your full, authentic power.
